EULA - End User License Agreement

In this Agreement ("Agreement"), the "3-plane balancing calculator" software (including without limitation
any titles, computer code and methods of operation within it), all related printed materials and on-line
or electronic documentation and all copies and derivative works (if any) of that software and those
materials are together defined as the "Program".

1. Ownership
The Program, all copies and non-severable derivatives of the Program and all intellectual property rights in the
Program and any such copies and derivatives are the exclusive property of Vibromera OU whose place of
business at Estonia,Kreenholmi 39v, Narva linn, Ida-Viru maakond, 20303 ("Rightholder").

Rightholder reserves all those rights.

2. Grant of Licence
All use of the Program is governed by this Agreement. The Program may be used only on the terms of this
Agreement and any use, including without limitation reproduction or redistribution, of the Program, or any part
of it, not in accordance with the terms of this Agreement is expressly prohibited.

Rightholder hereby grants you a limited, non-exclusive licence (the "Licence") to install and use one (1) copy
of the Program for your own use or use on a single computer.

By installing the Program you accept the Licence and agree to comply with it and with and to the other terms of
this Agreement. The Licence confers no title or ownership in or to the Program or any part of it.
3. Limitations on Use

You may not make any use of the program except as specified above and, in particular, you may not:

(a) in whole or in part, edit, copy, photocopy, reproduce, translate or reverse engineer the Program, derive its
source code or modify, disassemble or decompile it or create any derivative works based on the Program, except to
the extent permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation;

(b) remove any proprietary notices or labels from any part of the Program without the prior consent, in writing,
of Rightholder;

(c) extract or separate out any component part of the Program for use on more than one computer or use any such
parts on more than one computer;

(d) sell, grant a security interest in or transfer any copies of the Program (or any parts of it) to any other
person in any way, nor rent, lease or license it to any other person without Rightholder 's prior written consent;

4. Assignment

You may permanently transfer all of your rights under the License but only to a person who accepts its terms to
the benefit of Vibromera OU in which case you will remove the Program from the computer on which you have
installed it.

5. Termination

The Licence will remain in effect until terminated. You may terminate the Licence at any time by removing the
Program from the computer on which you have installed it and otherwise destroying all other parts of the Program
in your possession. Rightholder may terminate the Licence if you fail to comply with any of its terms or the
other terms of this Agreement, in which case you must remove the Program from the computer on which you have
installed it and otherwise destroy all other parts of the Program in your possession.
6. Limited Warranty

Rightholder expressly disclaims, to the greatest extent permissible by law, any warranty or representation for
the program, which is provided to you by Rightholder "as is".

In particular but without limitation, Rightholder disclaims, to the greatest extent permissible by law, any
warranty or representation, either express or implied, of the program's merchantability, fitness for a particular
purpose, non-infringement or capability of correctly processing, providing, and/or receiving date information.
additionally, whilst you may be able to use the program to assist you with architectural design, Rightholder
does not warrant or represent that the program will be sufficient for your needs and disclaims any implied
contrary warranty or representation to the greatest extent permissible by law.

The entire risk arising out of use or performance of the program remains with you.

7. Limitation of Liability

Subject to the provisions of applicable law, Rightholder shall not be liable to you in any way for any loss or
damage of any kind resulting from the use of the program, including without limitation loss of goodwill, work
stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, or any and all other commercial damages or losses.
